Yesterday I did a tween/teen craft afternoon to make magnetic bookmarks. They had a blast!
Here's what you need:
Roll of magnetic tape (or leftover refrigerator magnets and glue sticks)
Scissors
Duct Tape
Card stock Paper
_Printable Cat Bookmark
I showed them the cat bookmark first from Wild Olive. The girls loved the cats, and each made their own collection while talking about Neko Atsume. The boys had more fun with the duct tape. I had Star Wars and Marvel duct tape. I had them take a strip of duct tape and put it directly onto the card stock paper. They then cut out the book mark, folded it, and added the magnet.
I also decided to show them how to make corner bookmarks with the duct tape.
